Your privacy is of great importance for EasyCollage. We therefore comply with the privacy law. This means your data is safe with us and we always use it properly. In this privacy statement we explain what our website www.easycollage.co.uk does with information you provide us.

Saving a photo collage in your account

To be able to store and order your photo collage, you need to have an account with us. You create an account with us with a username, e-mail address and password. By saving your collage in your account, you also send us the photos used in the collage. This data processing is necessary to be able to store your photo collage.

We store this information 1 year after the last time you logged in and 3 years after the last time you logged in if you ordered a collage. You can of course also remove your photo collage or your account in the meantime.

We store this information so that you can work on your photo collage in multiple sessions and can easily re-order your photo collage.

Order handling

When you place an order with us, we use personal data so we can send it properly.

We use your name, address, comments, e-mail address and delivery and billing address. We need this to send your photo collage to you. We keep this information until your order is completed and seven years thereafter (this is the legal obligation to retain).

We provide your address information and e-mail address to our delivery service, so that they can deliver the order to you and keep you informed about its progress.

Contact form and Newsletter

You can ask us questions or make requests through the contact form or by e-mail.

We use your e-mail address, your name and the message. This data processing is necessary to answer your message. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response and six months thereafter. This way we can easily access the information in subsequent questions. We can also train our customer service to be even better.

You can also subscribe to our newsletter. We do this on the basis of your consent. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. You can also notify us of your cancellation by e-mail. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This data is saved up to one month after you cancel the subscription.

Provision to other companies or institutions

Easycollage does not sell your information to third parties and will only provide it if it’s necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. For the companies we work with that process your data, there’s a processor agreement in place to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. EasyCollage remains responsible for these processing operations.


Our webshop uses cookies. Cookies are small files where we can store information so that you do not always have to enter it on our website. We also use them so we can track new and returning visitors.

You can disable cookies in your browser. But if you do, some parts of our website won’t work properly.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our website. We have signed a processor agreement with Google. There are strict agreements about what information they can store. We have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services. We let Google anonymize the IP addresses.


Security of personal data is of great importance to us. We ensure that your data is properly protected with us. We always adjust security and pay attention to what can go wrong.

When our website changes, we sometimes also have to change the privacy statement. Always pay attention to the date above and check regularly for new versions. We will do our best to announce changes separately.
